From antique stores to small boutiques, there’s something for everyone.

Where to Shop on the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck

There are several towns for shopping across the area! Urbanna has several little shops, Low Tide being a favorite where we’ve gotten great, classic pieces. White Stone has several shops worth checking out. Kilmarnock is a larger town, filled with antique and thrift stores.

Urbanna

Low Tide | Urbanna, VA: If you’re in the market for classic clothes and accessories with a colorful spin, you’ll want to check out this charming boutique.

Urbanna Flea Market and Antiques | Urbanna, VA: More than a few of the prints, books, and decor objects in our home have been found at this collected spot.

White Stone

Pointe Provisions | White Stone, VA: This curated and collected spot of secondhand and new finds was opened by the sister of former Ralph Lauren creative director Mary Randolph Carter. Natives of the area, these sisters have exquisite taste.

August Table | White Stone, VA: I’m picking up a few of these block printed napkins for our kitchen. Everything in this linen store is so light, bright, and lovely.

Pink Lemon | White Stone, VA: This darling and bright spot has great prices on classic and trendy clothing and accessories with a fun, preppy look.

Kilmarnock

Kilmarnock Antique Gallery | Kilmarnock, VA: This large antiques mall is my must-stop each time I'm at the river. If you love oyster plates, you can't miss it. If you love any antiques, you still can't miss it (they even have a mid-century room!).

Rivah Antiques and Accessories | Kilmarnock, VA: I've picked up a few framed prints and decorative items here for a song. You'll definitely find more than just home items in this good-size shop.

Other Middle Peninsula

Mathews Main Street | Mathews County, VA: While I haven't been here enough times to list all the little shops out, this is worth checking out for several smaller antique stores, consignment shops, and art galleries.

Rivah Shack Treasures | Deltaville, VA: They call it "flea market style shopping." I call it the place where I once found a brass cowboy boot. Doesn't get more treasure than that.
